Personal information collected or processed may be voluntarily provided by you to Company either offline or to the Company digitally.
Personal information may also be collected about you and received by Company from third party marketing services, social media companies, carriers who you work for who contract with us, and platforms designed to transmit personal information relating to employment or contracting to us such as applicant tracking systems and carrier management software systems where you first provide such platform personal information.
Company may also receive certain personal information from you related to your use of the Site. We may use technologies, including but not limited to Cookies, that collect and store certain data about your interaction with the Company and other users on an aggregate or anonymous basis, including but not limited to selections you make on the Site, features you use, preferences you set, general physical location, and other information collected as further described in this Privacy Policy. We may also automatically log information relating to your online activity data including, but not limited to, the date and time of your visit to the Site, information about activity on the Site including specific links clicked or specific webpages of the Site accessed, job postings or related profiles accessed, duration of access, searches on the Site, and other related information, including from analytics provided by third party consultants. 2. USE OF INFORMATION

Company does not knowingly or intentionally sell your personal information. However, Company may disclose or share certain personal information to certain third parties to facilitate business purposes noted in Section 2.
Company may have shared or disclosed in the last 12 months, or may share and disclose, the foregoing categories of personal information to the following parties for a business purpose, and not for cross-contextual behavior advertising:
- Affiliated Companies, including affiliated motor carriers
- Vendors, such as RMIS, Tenstreet, LME, RAIR, Paycom and Indeed to facilitate employment or contracting. If required, Company may disclose your personal information pursuant to Court Order or a subpoena.
4. DATA RETENTION POLICY
Company will retain your personal information, including sensitive personal information for no longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy including for legitimate business purposes unless otherwise required or permitted by law. Specifically, all categories of data are retained for a period of three (3) to five (5) years after your relationship with the Company has terminated, or such longer period as reasonably required by law or business purposes. If you are involved in any litigation related to the Company, then the Company reserves the right to preserve your information. After the time dictated by law or when the business purpose is fulfilled, the data will be deleted, unless otherwise required to be retained for legal, compliance, or operational reasons. Historical data will be archived according to the timelines set forth by federal law and used for historical report, analysis, and compliance purposes after which it will be deleted in accordance with our data destruction policy.
5. PROTECTION AND SECURITY
We have implemented commercially reasonable measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No business, including Company, can guarantee the security of your information. You should take all measures to protect your own personal information, including keeping your passwords and login information secure.
6. CHILDREN NOT INTENDED USERS OF SITE OR SERVICES
Our Site and related Company services are intended for adults. If you are under the age of sixteen, disconnect from the Site immediately and cease use of the services. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under sixteen has given us information, please email us at the e-mail address listed at the end of this Privacy Policy. Please mark your inquiries “COPPA Information Request”.
7. UPDATES TO PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and for any reason. We encourage you to regularly visit this Privacy Policy to stay informed regarding any updates or changes to the Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the services and Site indicates your acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the Privacy Policy, discontinue use immediately.
8. STATE RIGHTS
Company may collect certain personal information as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”) and amended by the California Privacy Rights Act effective January 1, 2023 (the “CPRA” and referred to interchangeably with the CCPA). This Section 8 details Company’s collection of your personal information, and your rights under the CCPA. It may also detail rights provided under equivalent laws in other states. For avoidance of doubt, the rights stated in this Section shall only apply to California residents, or to residents of other states with equivalent rights, and solely to the extent that these rights are applicable.

After confirming receipt of your request, we’ll contact you if we need more information to verify it. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to verify any request and will request further information to the extent necessary to verify or investigate a request. Before we can act on a request from your authorized agent, we may require verification of your identity and proof from the authorized agent that they can act on your behalf. We may also require that the relevant consumer directly verify their identity and the authority of the authorized agent.
If we can’t verify a request from you or an authorized agent, we may deny it. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to you in the amount of time required by the CCPA.
